Impact of UMOK's Donation

The alto saxophones will allow more students, who cannot afford expensive instruments, to join the band program. The donation has enabled the following benefits:

• Increased Participation: 100% of interested youth can now participate in our Band Program without financial barriers. Students who previously would not have participated due to lack of access to their instrument of choice and inability to afford a saxophone are now able to join.

• Skill Development: Students have learned resilience, focus, and discipline through structured music lessons.

Future Impact

Robert O. Gibson Leadership Band will be able to increase participation in the band program, band events, and community outreach.

Robert O. Gibson will be better able to meet student needs for school events, competitions, and parades.
